DSS induction resulted in a significant increase in the expression of p-p65 and p-IB factors as compared to the control group . Interestingly, L. plantarum L15 supplementation significantly reduced the expression of p-p65 and p-IB . These results indicated that L. plantarum L15 supplementation could attenuate chemical-induced colitis by DSS through inhibiting the TLR4-MyD88-NF-B signaling pathways.
