What Do We Think

Now as we have all discovered, I am quite literally head over heels in love with this brand

However, the Molecular mist was not something I initially got excited about. Its just a facial mist, right? I already have at least two of those on the go at the moment. I dont need another one.

Yet, after using and absolutely loving some of the products from the brand, I did start to wonder. Everything that Allies of Skin produce seems to be on a whole other level. I am talking, instant and noticeable results.

In addition, I started to notice a lot of the people that I follow and trust raving about this mysterious mist.

Clearly, I took the plunge and ordered with high hopes and expectations.

It did not disappoint.

I have been using this mist for one week. Both morning and evening, directly after cleansing.

This is not your run of the mill mist that disappears almost immediately. This is hefty. It has more of an essence consistency falling somewhere between a regular toner and a serum.

It gives immediate results. A more even skin tone and a glow like no other. It is literally a glow in a bottle. I am sure with continued use I will enjoy even more benefits.

Needless to say, I have already ordered another so that I never have to be without it.

If Allies of Skin is a brand that you are considering, I would recommend the Molecular Saviour mist as a first purchase. However, beware! You will want the whole range once you start to use it!

Like I said in my review of the Peptide Moisturiser: Theres no way around it Allies of Skin is insanely expensive. But we all know that expensive or affordable means different things to each and every one of us.

Buying an AOS product only makes sense if you can replace one or more existing products from your cabinet with it.

I wanted a product that would replace my regular K-Beauty toner and Paulas Choices Niacinamide Booster. But this is not it. I dont love the texture, and astonishingly, I feel like Paulas Choices 10% Niacinamide Booster works better for me than this mist. Ive to love the feel and finish of a luxury skincare product, and I dont love this. Its a bit too blah for me, and also didnt change my skin one bit for the better.

My Thoughts: I absolutely laid into the other cream from Allies of Skin because I had such a poor experience with it. This moisturizer is the complete opposite of the green cream it is INCREDIBLE. I had heard so many rave reviews of the peptides moisturizer before purchasing but was still really nervous about the $109 price tag. After a week all my fears were calmed- this really is that good.

My skin looks worlds different when I use this. It is smooth, calm and plump. It appears firmer and stronger and healthier, and even though Im not concerned with wrinkles yet I know this would help with those too. I use 2-3 pumps with each application and still have so much product left, so while $109 is a lot I think it is worth it. If you use my code AMBER20, you can get this incredible product for $88.

My Thoughts: I wanted to LOVE this mist. Honestly, most of me does I reviewed it in this face mist roundup and still think its one of the best formulated mists out there. But the essential oils in it are a huge drawback. I can definitely feel them on my face and it is slightly irritating at times. At this price point, with the EOs, it isnt worth it to me. However they are reformulating without EOs and when that happened, I know this will be one of my absolute favorite mists.

So while the formulation was surprisingly gentle for a 35% concentration and it was enjoyable to use, I dont think its worth the super steep price tag.

It contains some of my favorite acids to use in skincare and I have noticed an overall improvement in texture and breakouts when I use it consistently. However, this price tag is tough to stomach for sure I have seen similar results with the Deviant Gentle Resurfacing Liquid , and that product is slightly less expensive.
